mHR EVO is a modern tool comprehensively supporting human capital management in the organization. HR processes realized in the mHR EVO cover all stages of employee’s lifecycle in the organization. The structure of particular sub processes can be configured. It can be changed at the same pace at which our employees and organization’s environment change. mHR EVO allows to increase the quality of decision making processes, limit the risk of making mistakes and reshape human resources or the employees into organization’s capital. The system shows, among others the connection between personnel’s contribution and the effects achieved by the organization – its productivity and profitability.

Tools and methods supporting the HR management was created by the experienced HR specialists, psychologists and IT specialists working in BPSC in the separate competence center. We offer our clients not only the IT solution full of professional knowledge (universal competence model, ready dictionaries etc.) but also consulting of the HR processes. Implementation of the mHR system in client’s company can be supported with consulting services, trainings and workshops for senior executives and employees. Personnel consulting services provided by our consultants are confirmed by certificate no 6318 issued in April 2010 (KRAZ).

Depending on the assigned roles and rights: the management, HR specialists, executives and all employees become active participants of the Human Capital Management process and shape the value of this process in the active way.

We also offer the possibility to use the mHR EVO system by renting it in the SaaS (Software as a Services) model. Work with the mHR EVO system takes place online as a part of the unchanging subscription fee and the application is installed in the data centre that belongs to the company rendering rental services. The system fulfills GIODO requirements concerning personal data processing and storage and it is equipped in the developed administration tools and tools for rights management.

mHR EVO functionality which allows to manage organizational structure of units and job positions and to plan human resources in time. The system provides a possibility of quality and quantity planning.

Information available in the system make it easier for the executives and for the HR employees to make decisions about internal transfer of employees and conducting the external recruitments:

  • Organizational structure – ordering of information about organizational units and job positions and planning of the human resources structure in time
  • Worktime assignment – support for decision making in respect of personnel changes based on the resources balance indicating employment surpluses/deficiencies
  • Descriptions of organizational units and job positions – creation of the multi-aspect job positions descriptions based on the ready drivers and catalogues
  • Persons database – management of the employees and candidates database including the comprehensive information about person’s qualifications and competences

mHR EVO allows to effectively manage the recruitment and selection processes. Functionalities of the system allow for constant monitoring of the personnel needs of the organization and provide information about how particular job positions and are secured by employees and external candidates.

The functionality of the system allows to manage recruitment projects from starting the project and publishing job offers on the Internet sites, through receiving applications and automatic preselection till the actual selection and process monitoring.

In the mHR EVO system the employee appraisal is realized taking into account many aspects. Every area of the employee appraisal requires application of different methods and tools adequate for the appraisal criteria. In the mHR EVO system the employee appraisal can be conducted as a part of each of the following sub processes:

  •    qualifications management
  •    trainings management
  •    competence management
  •    performance management

Results of the employee appraisal conducted in the mHR EVO system can be joined and used in other HR sub processes supporting a number of personnel decisions.

Configurators implemented in the mHR EVO system allow to adjust every type of appraisal to the needs of the organization. The application supports also the organizations’ own periodic employee appraisal systems.

In the mHR EVO Staff selection is conducted on the basis of the information stored in the database concerning the present and the future job requirements as well as information concerning the required qualifications, trainings, certifications and competences of the employees. List of these information generated in the form of human resources balance allows for their full use for the needs of the organization and for rational planning of organization’s and employees’ development.

In the mHR EVO the following functionalities are available as a part of Staff selection:

In the mHR EVO system employee development is realized comprehensively and starts from defining the requirements of particular job positions. Thanks to that it is possible to define all gaps (qualifications gaps, competence gaps and training gaps) and to plan development activities.

Functionalities connected with the Reserve Employment Table and individual career paths allow to join the motivational function of career development with the care for continuation of employment in the organization. Connecting development activities with organization’s trainings system optimizes their costs and accuracy of selection of subject and scope of activities according to the actual needs.

The process of implementation of the MBO is an organizational and technical challenge. The mHR EVO system supports the organization at every stage of the objectives management. It allows for defining and distribution of organization’s objectives for particular organizational units, job positions and employees. The whole process is realized on the basis of organizational structure, which facilitates defining persons responsible for realization of objectives and analysis of results.

Reports included in mHR EVO allow to constantly monitor the stage of realization of objectives for the freely defined control points.
